Adobe launched FREE Photoshop Express Beta today… Like other online photo editors such as Fotoflexer, Photoshop Express allows users to crop, rotate, touch up pictures and manage their galleries. Express also offers 2 gigabytes of free storage space…

Unlike desktop Photoshop CS, Express is not for professional photograghers, but for regular snapshot users who would like to polish their pixtures before uploading them online at sites like Google’s Picasa Web Albums, Facebook, Yahoo! Flickr and even your own blog sites.
